RE: Enabling Sharepoint server-side integration getting hung up

I am having the same issue. The wizard is struck up in page 2 after selecting sharepoint online and clicking on next. We used to have on-Premise sharepoint configured to Dynamics 365 onpremise. Now we would like to move it to sharepoint online with Dynamics 365 onpremise. Created site for CRM on...

RE: D365 for Phones (on Version 8)

Hello Kyle, you are right. The deprecation only affects Windows. I didn't see this important thing. The app you mentioned "Dynamics 365 for phones" is compatible with v8.x as well as v9.x. But the main difference is that the UI looks quite different. Therefore I'm wondering if it really makes...

RE: D365 for Phones (on Version 8)

Hello Kyle, Microsoft announced last week the deprecation of this app for v9.0. Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets User's Guide (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) I would recommend to consider an upgrade to v9.0 to be able to use the new app based on UnifiedUser Interface. It provides a better...

Command bar missing after solution import

Something weird we have encountered a couple of times in recent months: after having imported an (unmanaged) solution (in Dynamics 365 on prem 8.2.2), some users report that the command bar has gone missing on some forms (typically Email and Case - both of them forms where we have added...

D365 for Phones (on Version 8)

My organization is running on D365 version 8.2.2.160, and we are starting to delve into mobile apps. Specifically, we are looking to leverage the standard Dynamics 365 for phones app. I am trying to reconcile some of my research, but most of it is focused on version 9, mobile express forms,...
