Where to Begin?

First things first. Please login or create a login by clicking on the sign-in button in the upper right-hand corner of the site. This gives you a free, basic membership (or subscriber access) to the User Group and authenticates your subscription so that you can view relevant content areas available to subscribers.

Start familiarizing yourself with your available resources to get the most out of your subscription. Head to these key areas first to make sure your User Group experience is tailored to your needs:

How to Log in. To access online content, you must be logged into the website — so, of course, you'll need a username and password. The first time you log in, enter your primary email address as your username and password or choose the "Don't have a login, click here to join" button and go through the prompts for setup. If you need assistance, contact our Support Team at [email protected].

Complete (or update) your member profile. Your peers want to know a little bit about you and so do we! Current contact information is crucial to maintain your User Group benefits and helps us to know what content to serve up. Plus, a photo goes a long way when connecting with others so don't forget to add that to your Profile.

Connect in person at the many worldwide events your User Group offers throughout the year — from Community Summit, our annual marquee event, to in-depth, focused learning:

Connect Locally at Local User Group Meetings where you can meet face to face in an intimate environment to share best practices, practical tips and find efficiencies and productivity. Meetings are held quarterly and are open to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE users. Local User Groups are hosted by User Group volunteers (people just like you who have opted to get more involved) and foster peer-to-peer collaboration and knowledge sharing.
