Our 3rd Quarter Chapter Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019. We will be getting together at Briggs & Stratton in Wauwatosa, WI.

Often we think of connected field service as staying connected with our technicians in the field. The connected business model is more than that. It starts at the customer and their assets to have a completely connected work order life cycle. In this session we will discuss IoT alerts from assets, triage the alert via a case before rolling a truck, work order 360, optimized scheduling, and the mobile experience for technicians. By leveraging the power of Dynamics 365 Field Service, a business can have a completed connected business model.
