In the PowerApps Maker portal (make.powerapps.com) each of the environments has the same theme. When I try to change the theme, there are only two options: blue and black+company logo. No one seems to know how that black+company logo was created or where to change it or create a new one.

Ideally, I'd like to see a different color ribbon for EACH environment to help prevent using the wrong one when developing. I've already implemented that within the CRM - DEV=red, TEST=yellow,PROD=branded color:

Does anyone know of a way to do this? I've seen screenshots from tutorials where it's way more customized than ours is, like this:

When I search for this, the only things that come up are CRM themes and Canvas App themes.

Short answer - you can't. The blue you see in the maker app comes from your tenant.

The red and light blue are as you correctly say are from your environment theme (which we have had for a long long time). when you are running the app inn the environment..

People have asked for this for a long time but I'm not sure it is quite that easy once you delve deeply in to it.
