I managed to find the solution for this if anyone else ever comes across the same issue.
Steps to enable calendar export and import:
Go to Customer Service Hub> Service Management>>Service Configuration Settings>Calendar export and import option>Enable to yes >Save and close.

Is it possible to export a Customer Service Schedule within a Solution from one Environment to another? I have a Customer Service Schedule assigned to an SLA so I ideally do not want to have to create a new Customer Service Schedule and assign it to the SLA each time.
