  • 1.  Converting Leads to Opportunities

    With the most recent update, we are having issues with leads converting to opportunities via the "qualify" button in the action ribbon.

    When we hit ok on the process below:


    We get an error message:  


    Show details:

    However, there is not a duplicate lead, opportunity or contact in our CRM system.

    Has anyone else run into this?

    I have not seen this behaviour recently and I have just run a test conversion to check too. Do you have your Duplicate Detection Rules set to check Inactive records?

    Hi, yes we had the same issue a little while back. 

    We were able to qualify the lead from the view (click the row and click qualify on top toolbar) but had same error if we were in the record itself.

    We raised a ticket with MIcrosoft who suggested we remove the 'check inactive records' on our duplicate checker for Leads.

    Not ideal solution, but it worked.
