Change Owner when receiving email from Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

  • 1.  Change Owner when receiving email from Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

    I need to update the Owner of a record when an email is tracked using Dynamics 365 App for Outlook when the Sender of the email is from a certain email address.  I was thinking about creating a flow to accomplish this.  I'm not sure if this is the right approach to this problem.
