We are currently averaging around 1.4M requests per day, but are only allowed 890k p/day per MSFT documentation. So my guess is MSFT is throttling us. Does anyone have experience with being this far over the allowed base, and what was the outcome? Does MSFT issue warnings or do could they just decide to disallow requests one day? 

Any insight/ experience is helpful.

Hi Keith,

This is 20 days old, but I think you're looking for this table, which in summary: if your requests are going against any API endpoint, non-licensed tenant-level requests per 24 hours: 500,000 requests + however many licenses you have times 5,000. So if you're being allowed 890,000, maybe you have around 78 licenses? But also we'd need to consider what Microsoft considers a request maybe more than you're currently considering? 

This is a guess! Let me know if you have any more information, as I may run into this too.

Hi Joe,

That's the table I saw that made me wonder if we should purchase the add-on licenses. I'm curious what experiences others have had with being over the daily limit.To answer your question the requests are coming from our website via the web api and the vast majority of those requests are reads of the Dataverse.
