Hi All, In preparation for this next meeting, part of what we want to discuss is how do we think strategically about a project as it relates to CRM. One of the ways we have helped our customers is to get them thinking in greater detail about the value they place on goals and expected outcomes from implementing the solution. We want you to dive deep, determine metrics and really stay focused on how to achieve those increases or in some cases decreases so that you know you are being successful with your use of CRM.
