Please join us for the first Cambridge CRMUG meeting of 2019 on 22nd January.
We've got a great talk lined up from Microsoft MVP Neil Parkhurst, an Ask the Experts session, as well as free food and the chance to network with other local Dynamics users - it should be a great event!
Feel free to arrive at any time from about 6:30pm for networking and a buffet before we start the evening. Talks start at 7pm.
Presentation 1: Delivering omni-channel using Unified Service Desk (USD) & the USD Accelerator (and much more)
In this packed presentation, Neil Parkhurst explains how the Unified Service Desk (USD) is a fantastic tool but also one that presents some challenges! He will show how his (free) USD Accelerator can help solve these challenges.
Omni-channel is the current buzz word for contact centres, Neil will demonstrate how phone, email, web chat and more can be used to deliver the omni-channel dream using USD.
And along the way he will show some “bonus features” including Live Assist (web chat), Intelli-CTI (phone integration), Dynamics customer service and sales apps, field service, gamification, and maybe even some Dynamics marketing / portals.
Does this sound like loads of tech and maybe too ambitious for one short demo?
Come and see if he can pull it off ... he promises a full presentation!
Presented by: Neil Parkhurst
Presentation 2: Ask the Experts
With two MVPs in the room, as well as plenty of local CRM users, this is the time to ask that burning CRM question. Tweet your questions to us @CRMUG_UK_CAMBS or just bring them along on the night.
The meeting will be held at the Granta Design offices in Cambridge (address details below). There is plenty of free car parking, and it's a short walk from Cambridge train station. (If using a sat nav, make sure it brings you up Clifton Road, not Rustat Road)
