Recently upgraded from on premise CRM2013 to D365 online and seeing our storage costs skyrocket. I'm looking for options to offload data that will be extremely efficient for users (i.e. not lots of clicks). Anyone use PowerObjects? Any other solutions that work for you? We store multiple attachments and use Outlook Set Regarding for customer and supplier emails as well.

    Thanks for your consideration.

Your first, first best bet is to use one of the add-ons that strip attachments from Dynamics to SharePoint or Azure blob storage.  My go-to is MSCRM-Addons Attachment Extractor: https://www.mscrm-addons.com/Products/AttachmentExtractor

Attachments tend to be far and away your biggest storage cost, and that will strip those all out.  Also, if you're auditing records, I'd make sure you have a policy and tool to elete audit records regularly.  Maybe every quarter.
