Hi! We are exploring Kingswaysoft as an integration tool for CRM, HubSpot, and NetSuite software. Does anyone use this tool currently or have any experience with it? We heard the name a lot at the user summit, but would like to connect with someone local (in MO) that uses it.

While I'm not in Missouri I'm hoping I can provide some information on personal experience.

We use it for a lot of our ETLs to help us move data from our ERP and B2B systems to our CRM system.  I've noticed that this is really nice when you are building complex data moves for established business processes.  I'd say this is tool is pretty professional at what it is doing.  It has always been a little difficult to get into debug and redeploy solutions or make quick additions to current running ETLs.   I'd say it requires a couple people to support.

If you have Azure Logic Apps (Enterprise Microsoft Flow), this is another data movement approach we've been using recently that takes away the need to support a server to run the ETLs.

Personally, I like both and think both Kingsway Soft and Azure Logic Apps have their use cases.

Sorry, I'm not in MO, but here are my thoughts regardless:

Of the various integration tools out there (Cozyroc, Scribe, KingswaySoft), KingswaySoft is my favorite. I like it best in terms of ease-of-use. I will say that it does require some background knowledge of SSIS. If you don't have that, the learning curve will be a bit steeper. The good news is that it's easy to learn enough SSIS to be useful. The thing I love about KingswaySoft is that you only pay for it if you are using it for regularly scheduled jobs (ETL work). I use it a ton for one-time data migrations for clients. Works like a charm and gets the job done very quickly. Also, it has a lot of built-in connectors. One of which is HubSpot! I've used that connector for a client before and had a good experience with it.
