Currently using a heavily customized version of CRM 2015 (On Premise) that supports a franchised network for what essentially amounts to a collection of many separate companies. The push from this network has been to migrate to Salesforce.com. Did a thorough valuation over a year ago and at the time Salesforce.com had been priced at least double the price of CRM Online for the features that meets the requirements of this network:
