Blue as in Blue Key CRM! Wowzinga....what a great presentation from Burns & McDonnell on Thursday! Thanks again Shawn, Eric & Jim! I know I learned a lot and I saw a lot of great reactions from the group too. What better way to kick off summer, soaking up some new ideas!! Mandie thank you for your survey tips, I know I want to create a survey or two now. And how cute is your dad? I bet he has many more great stories!

What about our visitors? Our Nebraska ladies (on-site & on the phone) and Dan from Tulsa. We love visitors and you all are welcome anytime! Thanks for joining us!

Jerry, you are our MVP – always!!

Members, partners, everyone that attends, it is always great to see you. It's always the highlight for me when I see you all. I love this group, all of you couldn't be any nicer people and we are lucky to have a superb group. You hang in with our crazy intros, my craziness (and giving you all a hard time), our waiting for plates, needing a break, not always going as planned meetings-we appreciate it so much!

All the above proves why we are 2x Chapter of the year winners, because we are Champions in CRM and friendship!!

Separate post with the presentations to follow!

We will see you all in September, enjoy summer! See you soon!

Reach out to the group or leadership team if you need anything!!

Oh man, how'd I get in that picture?

Since we were talking about Voice of the Customer, two links about it being deprecated...

@Chris Brownfield - Thanks for this information. Do you have a link that walks through the steps of how to create a Microsoft Forms and connect the Contact and Case details to a form? I've been asked to make some changes to our current VoC forms, but if these are being deprecated, I'd rather learn the new tools instead of changing something that is temporary.

Maybe this could be a future CRMUG or something for the PowerApps UG to go over?  I found an article from a lady I follow on twitter (who is amazing), her blog post uses flow/CDS to move all the data around so not sure how helpful it is to you... https://meganvwalker.com/creating-an-invitation-to-a-forms-pro-survey/ she also does youtube videos on her blog post, so helpful to me!

    Nancy,

Take a look at some of these Flow templates, I think one or more of them will answer your question directly or indirectly.

Thank you @Jerry Weinstock. This is very helpful. I agree with @Chris Brownfield - this would be a great topic for a future UG meeting.
