Is there a way to display account owner in case screen?

Please advise, I tried a real time work flow to have it updated and it isnt getting populated.

Hey Geethika,

I am guessing you are trying to show the Account Owner of the Account that is equal to Customer?


There are a couple of ideas:

1. Populate a field on the Case form - Sounds like this is the solution you are trying.
- What is the Real Time Work Flow Executing off of?
2. QuickView form would show you the data without having to populate a field.

I apologize I wasn't clear in my question,what I am trying to do is display the account owner in a case view. I added the quick view form and the account owner get displayed in the case screen but I'm not sure how to add that field in a view.

I created a lookup field and trying to do a workflow to have that updated. If there is another or an easier way please advise.

As suggested by Anthony, you can use quick view form to show the Account owner on case screen.
