Please register to attend our next meeting here. If you do you'll get free parking, you can have anything you like for lunch, the weather will not affect your commute, and you can stay in your pajamas!

I know, I know, it's been a while, and things have changed. I'll tell you how it's going and you can tell us too. But first a little business...

If you have a topic you need to learn about, let us know. If you have been creating new stuff and want to share it, let us know.

If I recall, Brook was going to the new UI (I'd love to hear about it!), and was curious about PCF controls. Has anyone use them? I'll show you a use case for viewing CRM records in a MSFT Team.

Please register to attend and we'll see you online soon!

A pajama party, what a fantastic idea...haven't been to one of those....well, ever....

We are getting ready to deploy the new UI and am looking forward to hearing Brook's experience.

We are using Teams effectively to bring our Independent Distribution into communicating with us on D365 issues such as Account management and pipeline reviews, it is working very well.

How many people joining aren't on the new UCI yet? I'll have to go back and recall what I specifically had an idea about showing - we aren't doing anything cool that you probably haven't seen already in a Microsoft session, but I forgot what I was thinking about at the time.

Bad news though - this may be my last Dynamics community event, as we're switching to Salesforce, maybe next month. :(
We're a Salesforce partner now and we have to eat the dog food in order to be taken seriously. I'm gonna miss going to Summit.

I think all my work meetings have been pajama parties, since I wear t-shirts to bed and that's basically what I've been living in for 5 months!

WHAT!!?? You're leaving?? That's worse news than the virus!

Is there more money in Salesforce implementations? I guess we'll find out!

Well, let us know what ya got under your sleeve these days anyway

Anybody else have something specific you want to learn about?

I had a pretty interesting Tuesday and I'm not sure everyone can really appreciate what happened to me professionally this week! Two hours after I saw you set the next meeting, my CEO signed the proposal with Salesforce I had been negotiating with them for weeks. I really wasn't sure if we would move this year or next. I never knew last year's Summit would be my last!
So now I have to re-learn being a CRM admin and get Salesforce certified and all that jazz.
Sadly I think it's just a nature of 'go where the people are' and despite Dynamics being just as good as SF, there's more companies drinking the SF kool-aid right now.

I saw that before our last meeting in February I had a list of things I could go over, of which many we already did. How many in our group haven't made the switch to UCI yet? I can probably help if they haven't, but lately I'm focused on building a tech stack that supports Account Based Marketing - tracking engagement at the account level, and re-thinking the use of the Lead record. Anyone else do ABM?

Wow Brooke, that's crazy. We just passed our 2-year mark of switching from Salesforce to D365. Our Salesforce instance will be completely eliminated in October of this year. We still have a lot of work to do to make this as seamless as possible. Good luck with the changes. As far as UCI, our developer will work on that starting next month as we have many custom entities, etc. and we will need to test the functionality. Good luck with the transition to SFDC. We will definitely miss you.

This year's CRMUG Sponsor emfluence will talk to us about the 7 things every Marketer wishes they had in CRM. A couple of us will talk about what we are currently doing in CRM. If you'd like to show us what you've been up to, let me know. Otherwise don't forget to rsvp here. The link to the MSFT Team's meeting is in the event page.

    See you next week!
