In our latest D365 update, our users noted that when creating a phone call from the social pane, it automatically closed it. They were not able to schedule a future phone call from that area, and had to go elsewhere to do so. You are able to schedule a task and an appointment, but not a phone call. Our inside reps live & breathe phone calls. This tool shows the settings that normally could only be changed if on-premise. Using this tool, we were able to change the default status of the phone call to open. They can now schedule a call, and if it's an outgoing call, they can just click "complete" to close it. It made a huge difference here.
