Knowledge article attachments

    Hello,

    We are currently in the process of reviewing knowledge articles for set up with the cases entity. The team would like to be able to take a knowledge article such as an instruction set in  .PDF format and attach it to an article for the users to be able to view and open. If anyone knows of a way to attach documents to a knowledge article in Dynamics 365 CRM environments, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Where a Knowledge Article is for internal use only we occasionally use SharePoint.
    If you have SharePoint integration enabled, you can go to "Related --> Documents" within the knowledge article and upload the document to SharePoint. In the Content section, point the user to go to "Related --> Documents" and open the file.

    I am curious to know if there are other ways to do this without using SharePoint though.
