We were able to enable this and can now copy and paste images inline.1. We installed the "Customer Service Hub Anchor" solution for our environment via Dynamics 365 Administration Centre2. We then enabled inline images Open Customer Service Hub app Service Management Embedded Knowledge Search Set "Enable users to use the inline image feature when authoring articles" to YesRegards,Sean
Hi Tammie,It's working as planned in Unified Interface. We just had to update some security roles to allow read access to Knowledge Article Images.I'd advise opening a support ticket with MS if the solution is no longer available.Regards,Sean
Hi All,I'm trying to enable inline image ability in Knwoeldge management in D365 crm v9.1 But the setting is missing in our prod environment but is available in a lower environment. I have installed the CSH Anchor solution in prod but the weird thing is its nto even installed in our qa instance but the setting shows up.
Any thoughts? In another dev instance, I installed the anchor solution and enabled this setting and inline images work but when I try to access that setting it doesn't show up.Very weird...
