    Hello,
    I have CRM365 online, 9.1
Users use Customer Service Hub to add Knowledge article. The challenge is that they can copy and paste images.
    example:

Images wont show at all after save. I can add a web resource, then add image to it. But users wont have access to customization/web resource.
    Any thoughts?

    Hi Mohamed,

While reading your post i recalled a tip I had read on CRMTipoftheDay.
    https://crmtipoftheday.com/1254/design-dynamics-365-email-templates-with-the-new-email-editor/

I think that in wave 2 this will be available to for copy paste.

    Hi Mohamad,

This was a source of frustration when we started to use Knowledge Articles. An inline image enhancement for Customer Service knowledge articles is planned for Wave 2, however is not in preview yet.

What's new and planned for Dynamics 365 Customer Service

We are holding off on using knowledge articles until this is available as the maintenance is too problematic, and we haven't found any workarounds.

    Hi Mohamad,

We were able to enable this and can now copy and paste images inline.

    1. We installed the "Customer Service Hub Anchor" solution for our environment via Dynamics 365 Administration Centre
    2. We then enabled inline images
             Open Customer Service Hub app
             Service Management
             Embedded Knowledge Search
Set "Enable users to use the inline image feature when authoring  articles" to Yes

    Regards,
    Sean

    Sean,

How is this working for you?  We read this article 2 days ago and found the solution in our port but now it has disappeared before we've had a chance to test.  As mentioned by another user, not having images has stopped our rollout of KB.  We've tried using Sharepoint but continuously have issues with authentication.

    Regards,
    Tammie

    Hi Tammie,

It's working as planned in Unified Interface. We just had to update some security roles to allow read access to Knowledge Article Images.
I'd advise opening a support ticket with MS if the solution is no longer available.

    Regards,
    Sean
