    I was contacted by a user today who had tracked several appointments to CRM.  While he was on vacation this past week, three of his appointments were cancelled in Outlook.  He was not accessing CRM or outlook and the only common thread to his cancelled appointments is that all three were tracked to CRM. The cancelled appts still show in CRM as they did previously.

    I googled a bit but didnt really find any useful information. Any ideas?  thanks, Laura

    Hi Laura,

    Out of the box, if the appointments are tracked against a Case record and the Case is closed or cancelled then the associated activities (including the Appointments) will be cancelled.

    Otherwise, you could use the advanced find function to see who last modified those Appointments and when, as these would tell you whether another user accidentally cancelled them, or maybe a workflow doing some sort business processes.
