    Hey everyone,

Has anyone received this error? I am getting it when merging accounts together. I am System Admin. It is only happening on certain accounts. Not all of them.

    Hi Michelle!

Does your company use D365 PSA?  If so, can you confirm that both of the account owners have licenses for PSA?  Perhaps you can't assign ownership because one user doesn't have a license assigned.  I know we ran into this issue in the Customer Service module when our users didn't have a CRM license.

What's so weird is that it hasn't been used in years. When I signed in on the admin account the error went away. It has to be something with licensing. Thank you all for your help!

Hi @Michelle Weiss, as Jonathan has suggested, check the licensing first.  If both the account owners are licensed for PSA, then check that they have the required PSA security role.  We're in the process of uninstalling PSA but there are a lot of PSA security roles so try giving them a security role such as Project Manager or Project Resource.  Let us know how you get on.
