@Niels Søgaard Lønberg are you able to help troubleshoot a security issue I'm having with respect to the custom help panes? I have multiple users set up with the same security permissions (Read, Append, Append To) for Help Pages. Some users can see the help page I've designed when they click on the question mark. Others cannot see it and get an Unauthorized error. They're all using the same app and site map. I've gone through the process of deleting their browser history and having them log back in thinking it was a browser issue, but no luck. I'm stuck as to why the experience is so inconsistent between users.

Niels - I just started experimenting with the Custom Help Panes in our production environment. And I must say it is awesome. A huge step improvement from the Learning Path. Much more simple to implement and without all of the lag issues. Thanks for the tip!

I had high hopes for the Learning Path feature when our company migrated to Dynamics CRM 365 online. But it turned out to be really buggy and slowed down the system tremendously. We quickly turned it off because it became frustrating for both admins and users. I don't believe the Learning Path is available in the Unified Interface, but I hope Microsoft takes another crack at improving the functionality and rolling it out again. It's a great concept that can go a long way with helping to onboard new users.
