We're on D365 CE online v9x and are looking at how we can bulk import the following records into Dynamics...
- Emails from multiple Outlook profiles into Dynamics. Likely to be a few thousand emails.
- Documents from multiple sources (desktop & shared drives) into the SharePoint area integrated with Dynamics. Likely to be hundreds of documents.
These records will potentially be going back a number of years so its extremely important that we retain the original created on date. We don't want to import thousands of records that all show the date of import as the created on date.
Can anyone suggest the Data Migration tools that are available for these scenarios. Our preference would be to use Microsoft tools (e.g. Azure) but if there are better solutions elsewhere then we would consider them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
