Expose Activities to Customer Portal

    Hello,
    I have CRM365 online; service module, and its integrated with Customer Portal.
    I want to expose all activities that users add to a case to external customers through the Customer Portal.
    Is there a way to do that ?

    Hi Mohamad,

    I'd recommend checking out Colin Vermander's blog post:

    Long story short, you can use the Timeline control to display certain activities; another option is to use sub grids.
