Hope you are also safe and healthy during this crunch situations!
On MS CRM classic version (Dynamics 365 Online web client version v8.x), the best way to achieve this is just adding a sub-grid of Accounts on Contact form and then filter the sub-grid using Relationship. So that Sub-grid will only populate those related accounts under which the specific contact is set as Primary contact. But as, in UCI version Micro-soft is not providing the luxury to filter the Sub-grid, the best and real quick work-out is to access the Accounts from 'Related' tab available at most right side on the contact form. But that will give you the list of all Accounts related to the contact, but not only those accounts under which the contact is set as 'Primary contact'
The other alternative can inserting the Quick view of Accounts both on account and contact entity and setting up a relationship. You can only view at account level through this quick view as it will display all accounts associated with the Primary Contact
On, UCI interface, you can filter the sub-grid by some coding as well, what you can do is On any sub-grid you can dynamically set Fetch XML set under the Advanced filter.
For above mentioned solution you can refer below technical blog.
