Dynamics CRM Email Templates

    Any user role other than a system admin are unable to update an editor type for  email templates(Marketing), please assist.

    Is this for Click Dimensions?  If so, there is a CD user security role(s) that might need to be selected.
    Go to Settings/Security/Users - find user and select, then click "manage roles".

    Yes, the user has all of the above roles set. But apparently, CDI users can only go from drag and drop to other types and not the other way around.
    System admins are the only ones that can get around this.
