I have a Workflow that perfectly follows a series of checks to automatically assign opportunities. The workflow is owned by a system account. The "Modified by" is the system account. Notifications to the users are "[System Account] assigned you an opportunity."

In building this same approach into a Power Automate flow (are these the right terms?), the modified by becomes my own username. Therefore, the email notification to the users becomes "Adam Posegate assigned you an opportunity." 

Is there a way to change the modified by to the system account name?

You can use a  Service Principal when creating your Flows. You can create a new application user that way you're not using your credentials to create and the Flows. Below is a link on how to create a Service Principal
