  • 1.  How to test Outlook App

    We are late to the party, but we are going to transition to from the Dynamics 365 Outlook Add-in to the Dynamics 365 Outlook App.
    We are using Microsoft Exchange and our Dynamics 365 is online. Since we are currently using the add-in and Email Router, and given that we cannot send emails from our test environment, how do I test moving to Server-Side Sync and the Outlook App?

    I could let my users know their add-in won't be syncing for a given length of time while I turn on Server-Side Sync and Outlook App and test in Production, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

    Would you share your experience / suggestions on best practices for testing the Outlook App?
