    Hi all,
We're on Dynamics 365 Online Customer Engagement v9.1x.  A user has just told us that they are using the MS Teams integration with Dynamics which was news to us as we haven't enabled it in the System Settings (see below).  Even so, a user still can connect Dynamics to MS Teams quite easily (within MS Teams > Apps > search for "dynamics" and install the app).

I'm not sure if there is a way to find out who has downloaded and is using the Dynamics MS Teams app.  If someone does find a way please reply to this thread as currently we cannot keep control of people using Dynamics through MS Teams.

    Overview
    Install and set up

Please note: The MS Teams integration ONLY uses the Unified Interface.

@Mark Aston - I believe the setting you highlighted is to turn on and add new command buttons within Dynamics 365. These will appear once a record is opened, such as an Opportunity. You can see what I am referring to through this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/basics/teams-collaboration-enhanced-experience

Hi @Aaron Back, MCSE, yes, you are correct.  Apologies if I wasn't clear in my initial message.  This is the message on the install page about the fact that even if the integration isn't enabled on the Dynamics System Settings, users can still connect MS Teams to Dynamics.

@Mark Aston - I would suggest that you review the Admin options for Microsoft Teams. You can set up App Policies to control which apps can be installed. Here is a link to the article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-custom-app-policies-and-settings

Great, thanks @Aaron Back, MCSE.  I'll have our Admins look into the app policies.
