    Hi all,
    We're on D365 CE Online v9 classic interface (but moving to UI before December!).  Recently we integrated a customer ordering platform (built in-house) with Dynamics and are triggering workflows that send out various service emails to customers.  I've had a query from the platform team regarding the email tracking tokens.  They initially asked if the token could be removed so I explained its purpose and that we can't switch it off for certain emails.  They then asked if it was possible to enclose the token in square brackets [ ].  The system settings (see below) only allow me to amend the prefix and not the suffix.

    Are there any supported or unsupported ways to add a suffix to the email tracking token (e.g. via XRMToolBox or OrgDBOrgSettings)?  Please add if there are any draw backs or potential knock on effects.
