    Hi All - 

    A Can Power Automate do this type question...

    Can Power Automate read the value of a date field, and then if the date has passed unshare the record?  If yes, can this be scheduled to run daily?

    Hi Tom,

    You can use the Recurrence step in Power Automate to schedule a flow daily, and yet it can read a date field.

    I believe the difference is that you would need to use the ModifyAccess or RevokeAccess action instead of the GrantAccess action. Here is info on the Access Rights: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/web-api/accessrights?view=dynamics-ce-odata-9
