How is Geo Code Distance Determined?

How is the Geo Code distance determined in the schedule board for universal resource scheduler?  I am booking a requirement in the same city as the resource, but the travel time is over an hour.

    Thank you!

Is it possible that the geocoding for the start/end points is incorrect?
You are asking about the Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) feature is used by FSA. According to the documentation, it is using the location of the start/end of the current technician, and making an API call to Bing maps: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/common-scheduler/schedule-travel-time

It is usually by latitude and longitude.  Did you look at the route it is plotting and maybe it is not considering a certain area.
