    One of the enhancements for Wave 1 2020 Customer Service is this:
             Compose email in a pop-up, non-blocking window, with the ability to write an email with context of the current record, navigate between records, and have multiple active draft emails open simultaneously.

    However, I am not seeing it work as a pop-up.  Has anyone seen it work yet?  We did the install into our Sandbox abut a month ago, after the date that Microsoft said this was ready.  It's listed in the "Familiar, modern email experience for agents".

    Hi Tina,

    Do you also have the Sales Hub app in your instance? If you do, go to App Settings>Enhanced Email and set the slider to Yes. I noticed this enabled the enhanced email in all apps.

    Thanks Dian.  I was able to set the setting to Yes.  When I created a new email from the timeline I go the pop-up.  But, I couldn't move it in order to continue working my case.  I was able to minimize it and continue.  But, It wouldn't allow me to open another email.  I had to either send the first one or save and close the window.

    As for replying to an email, there is no pop-up.

    Are these your experiences as well?

    Hi Tina,

    We are seeing the pop-up when composing a new email from the timeline, able to minimize, and can continue working in Dynamics with the email draft still active. We're also able to compose multiple emails, with the limit being three active emails.



    Based on the wording of the feature, I think this is only intended when composing a new email...not a reply since that would be from the activity record. That's just my interpretation though.
