    Hello community!

I have a situation I just do not seem to be able to resolve. All of my CRM user accounts that sync and/or send email with CRM have mailboxes tied to their CRM account that are working perfectly (incoming/outgoing/activites etc. are all syncing and tracking via Outlook Add-in) ... with the exception of 2 users.  These 2 users are not unique in anyway, their accounts and mail profiles are setup identically to every other user that tracks emails in CRM.  For these two users, however, upon Email Approval and Test/Enable of their mailboxes, the Incoming ALWAYS fails and stays disabled.  The Outgoing test is always successful.  Trace log shows the following:

    Details about our environment:
     - D365 On-premise
     - Outlook/Exchange server On-premise (also accessible via WebMail)
     - Server-Side Sync enabled
     - All users who sync or send email via CRM must be included in an Active Directory security group that authorizes a mail service account to send/recieve email on each user's behalf

Please let me know what other information I can provide to clarify the situation.  Any guidance or advice will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Erik,
I to am experiencing the same exact issue you describe in this post and was wondering if you had ever resolved this issue and if I may ask how you resolved it.

The only difference between my configuration and the one you descirbed is that our D365 instance is on-line, but our exchange is on-premise
