Thanks so much! That will help us with planning.
It would be nice to know if Microsoft had plans (or no plans) to support Dynamics CE On-premises with the latest SQL Server and Windows Server versions. However, I suppose their focus is on supporting and making advancements with the Online implementations.

Unfortunately, no. 9.0 is compatible with 2017, except for the reporting services, which are only 2016 compatible.

Ugh, it's not good news!
Now, is CRM 9.0 On-premises compatible with SQL Server 2019? (I know this would require Windows server upgrade, too)...

Hi Allison! (No clue why I accidentally typed Natalie a second ago...oops!)
I actually ran into this issue a few weeks ago, one of our clients upgraded their SQL Server to 2018, and they couldn't complete the configuration of their CRM environments because the last SQL Server version that 8.2 is compatible with is 2016.
Here is some more information regarding compatibility:

We want to upgrade our system databases to SQL Server 2019.
I can't find information saying if Dynamics CRM On-premises ver 8.2 is compatible with SQL Server 2019 or not.
Anyone know for sure?
Note: Our CRM application server is Windows 2012 R2 but we don't have plans to upgrade that yet.
