Mobile App Activities View

    Whenever I go to Activities on the mobile app (on my phone), it shows this weird calendar view instead of a list view.  Is there a way to change that default back to the way it used to be?

    @Jennifer Norton - Try the below steps and this should solve the issue.

    • Sign into Dynamics 365 as a System Admin.
    • Navigate to Settings>Customizations>Customize the System. ​
    • Expand Entities
    • Click on the "Activity" entity. 
    • Select the "Controls" tab at the top.
    • Check to see if a Calendar control was added. If so, it may be set as the default for "Phone".
    • On the "Read-only Grid (default)" line, select "Web", "Phone", "Tablet". (see below image)
    • Be sure to Publish the changes.

    @Aaron Back,
    I have this happening when someone creates a person view of activities, but on the computer (not sure about mobile).  So, the system views are ok, but it is the personal view that is now showing in a calendar format.  Any ideas?​
