I have this happening when someone creates a person view of activities, but on the computer (not sure about mobile). So, the system views are ok, but it is the personal view that is now showing in a calendar format. Any ideas?

@Jennifer Norton - Try the below steps and this should solve the issue.
- Sign into Dynamics 365 as a System Admin.
- Navigate to Settings>Customizations>Customize the System.
- Expand Entities
- Click on the "Activity" entity.
- Select the "Controls" tab at the top.
- Check to see if a Calendar control was added. If so, it may be set as the default for "Phone".
- On the "Read-only Grid (default)" line, select "Web", "Phone", "Tablet". (see below image)
- Be sure to Publish the changes.
