We recently updated to 8.8 and UI.  One user reported not being able to see pricing information.  However, when I logged in as him I was able to view it.  I observed him as he logged in on his laptop and was unable to view the pricing information. Then, I logged in as myself on his laptop and I was also now unable to see the information.  Finally, I had him log in as himself on my laptop, and he was able to see the information.

Additionally, the layout is different on that page when on his laptop.

Clearly all settings are correct in system and the difference is either his laptop or his network. He works remote.

    Any ideas?

did you happen to check the zoom percentage on his browser?  Even though the new UI is supposed to render nicely on any size screen, I've seen some odd things still happening when a user doesn't have their zoom set to 100%.  Also, because you mention the layout is different, is it possible the information is there, but not in the place you expect it to be?  When viewing the same record on different screen sizes it is possible for a 3-column layout to drop down to show only 2 columns so things end up in different places on the form in a smaller screen.  I've really started looking at how I design forms these days because I'm finding what looks good on my big screen doesn't always look best on the smaller laptop or tablet screen most of my users use.

    Jill,

Much appreciated!  I tried it on my own system, and increased the zoom to 150%.  The view that was seen on his system was exactly reproduced.
