    We have several users in our CRM system who use the Import function to both update and create records in bulk on a weekly basis. We are using CRM 2016 on-prem version 8.2.1. Recently these users have seen an increase of import jobs they submit that appear "stuck" in the parsing stage in the Import process. The job never proceeds and we are unable to remove the import from the system. The users are successfully able to resubmit the import file without issue a second time, and we have confirmed the data is created/updated correctly. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions for how we can address?

    Hi Meghan,

    Have you tried enabling server side logging and seeing what that says?  It's been a while since I worked with on-prem but I think the logging can be configured to log just the Async process.  Of course as soon as you do that their import jobs will flow right through.  =-D
