Pending Emails Issue

    2 of our our Users with the same permissions are having their CRM generated emails show up as "pending".  This has been happening this month only and no one else using the CRM has been affected.  No changes to roles or permission have been made.

    We've cleared the Cache, made sure Users are enabled, and re-approved their email addresses.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Erin,
    I assume you are using server side sync for your emails on an on prem installation. On the server you have the Email Router Configuration where you can check all mailboxes and if they are still valid for incoming and outgoing mails. That should give you more insight why it is not working.
    Another question would be if the operation team change something for these 2 users on the exchange side?

    Should you be online I am not able to help as I have not been working much on that plattform.

    Hi @Erin St. John, another thing you could check is review the pending emails.  Are they being sent ​from the users mailbox or from a mailbox associated with a team queue?
