    Hi,

    Does anyone have any recommendations for CRM-based solutions for optimizing call center operations?

    We are looking for an out-of-the-box add-on solution that will offer multi-channel functionality comparable with ZenDesk / FreshDesk.

    Any input or suggestions would be much appreciated.
