Is anyone else experiencing any issues with Marketing lists?
We are experiencing two issues at the moment (note I am a System Administrator so have full permissions):
1. The "Copy Marketing List" function does not appear to be working at all. Both lists are Static and targeted at Contacts. Once you click the 'Add' button, the Lookup Record window just closes and nothing happens, the Contacts aren't copied over to the second list. I've tried in Chrome, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. See screenshot below for reference.
2. The second issue appears to be intermittent. When adding Contacts to a Static Marketing list using an Advanced Find criteria, when you select the Contacts to be added to the list, only some of the selected Contacts are actually added. My colleague is experiencing this issue about once a day. I was able to replicate the issue once but not again.
I wondered if anyone was able to replicate the first error or had their users flag any similar issues?#CustomerEngagement
