Views from different Entities in 1 listing

We have someone who has set of views that she needs to export every month.  There are a total of 30 from different entities.  Each view begins with EMR.  She accesses them all from the Advanced Find under Record Type = ALL but every time she exports one, she needs to do the steps again to retrieve them.

Is there a way to create a view for all entities so that she can simply go to that listing every time she needs to export these views?

OR is there a way to export multiple views at the same time?

    Thanks!

A few of questions for clarity:

Do each of the Views have different columns?
When the export happens, are you looking to have them all saved to the same location?
Is your system on-premise or online?

Hey Aaron,  We're online. Each view does have different columns. They are all saved in the same location.

Is Power BI an option?  If so I would investigate that.

Another idea is to export the data to SQL Server and use another reporting tool (Excel?) to view/export the data.

    Hi Cara,

If you are also using SQL Server and have licence for KingswaySoft, it'll be a good tool for performing data related operation such as querying CRM data and exporting it somewhere, and it can be scheduled as well. Alternately, you may want to explore Microsoft Flow that's included in your CE licence subscription.

    Hope that helps.
