Hilary,
I checked with my team and it seems that it might be an issue if you are part of Microsoft's
Early opt-in to 2019 release wave 2. We got another ticket with the same issue and have a call with MS next week. So far, this seems to happen if you are on the Wave 2 release and have Insights 4.3. I am going to open a support ticket for you so that you can get the updates directly.
If anyone else is seeing the same issue, please reach out to me and I will open a ticket for you as well. Additionally, if you would like to have Microsoft continue to subsidize Insights for you company, let me know.

Subject: Trouble with Insideview Insights on Unified Interface
Hi experts,
I recently enabled the Unified Interface in our environment. We're also taking advantage of some of the pre-release features in Wave 2. When I made the change, Insights (which had been a section on our Account record) disappeared. I then read that I would need to upgrade to Insights 4.3, so I did. Now I am able to find "Insights" under the "Related" tab in the header. Insights is there, but it's only displaying a tiny narrow column across the page. It does allow me to scroll. I need to figure out how to make it wider (deeper). Here's a screenshot (this is our own company data):
