Record reloading and returning user to default view

    This problem seems to be isolated to one account and the associated opportunity. When either record is opened the record will load and appear fine for about 30 seconds. Then the page appears to be reloading and returns the users to the default view, essentially kicking them out of the record.

    Autosave is disabled. I'm having difficulty finding any troubleshooting suggestions online since there is no actual error message being generated.

    CRM: Dynamics365 9.1 Online
    Browser: Microsoft Edge
    Operating system: Windows 10

    @Martha Paradise - Have you checked to see if there is Javascript enabled for the form? Have you tried other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox? ​

    Thank you for your reply. There is no JavaScript on the form and it works fine in Chrome.

    The error I'm getting on the page is XML5632: Only one root element is allowed. From a quick google search it doesn't seem possible that I would only get this error when I go to one specific account/opportunity but my knowledge of JavaScript is pretty basic.
