    Hello, all ~

We noted today that the Add New Case (+) button on the Contact form now renders the Case form in the existing browser window rather than open a new window. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know of a resolution?

    Thanks!

    John

If it's not a "bug" then you have to customize that button to fire a js script that would open the case form in a new window.

    Cheers!

Thanks...not sure if it is a bug. From the initial implementation years ago, clicking the plus symbol has opened a new window - much more effective for customer service.

Yeah, I think customization is the way to go if that is the case.
