I've found a lot of good posts here on CRMUG about functionality changes for 2020 release wave 2, but I can't find any detailed technical references for changes being released.

Most references I can find point me here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave2/, but I find most everything there is a single paragraph general text description of a feature.  I have been limiting my scope to D365 CE, do I need to search more along the powerapps line?  We have a lot of custom code, so I'm looking for info on breaking changes, depricated functions, new function calls, whether you can export a solution from a wave 2 instance to a non wave 2 instance, etc.

Another question I have is once you've enabled an instance for 2020 wave 2, when do the features that haven't been released drop?  i.e. I see this disclaimer on many of the features: "Some of the functionality described in this release plan has not been released. Delivery timelines may change and projected functionality may not be released (see Microsoft policy). Learn more: What's new and planned". I'm having visions of 'whack-a-mole Mondays' with the occasional 'Firefight Friday' as different features drop, so that begs the question do we wait to turn it on until the bulk of the features in the wave are released?

Part of me wants to just make a backup of our sandbox, pull the pin and wait to see what blows up, but I'd much rather take a targeted approach. I can't help but think I'm missing a large body of technical oriented documentation somewhere.

Jeff - I can't answer many of your questions, but I can tell you that you are able to move a solution.  I allowed one of my 3 environments to opt in in for early adoption and that is where I create my solutions and I've had no trouble moving them 2 my other 2 environments.
