Hello everyone!
I am currently working on an Email Template Approval Process that employs status reason transitions to manage the lifecycle of the template. My question is should I use Business Rules or a Workflow to reassign a template based on it's status reason?
If the email is in Draft/Needs Review or Approved it should be assigned to the Created By user. All other reasons should be assigned to the approving manager.
The Created By and the Approving Manager are fields on the Email Template record and are automatically filled in by an On Create workflow.
