    I've been dealing with an open MS ticket for months now. Recently, some of our users have been removed from seeing certain charts on their dashboards. When I would add them back or add others who needed access as well, it would carry those names over across all the dashboards (we have multiple dashboards for all of our segmented companies) ie: dashboards for companies XYZ. I've never had this issue since I started this position and I have had to add new users to charts and dashboards in the past. MS is saying I am doing it incorrectly. Has anything changed recently?
    Typically I do the following:

    We have always created the view in advanced find, then added it to each of our individual dashboards for each of our companies. Then shared the chart with those users who needed to view it. Then shared the dashboard to those same users. Never have we had issues prior to the last few months where users would be removed (not by me or them) and then anyone you added back to the chart would then carry over to all of the dashboard views and remove the original users on it.
    I should note we have weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD dashboards with all the same info for each company, so the charts are all the same but different people are just added to each one for their specific company.
    Am I doing it wrong?

    Hi Heather,

    I used to share charts, views, dashboards to users. But i found a better way with sharing it to teams instead.

    Then you can add the user to the team that matches the users role​. and all of the shared items to that team will be visible for the user.
