    I recently discovered a bug when you try to modify a Send Email step in a Power Apps workflow.  This error occurs when you try to set the email properties after you add the Send Email step.

    This isn't a very helpful error message.  I wasn't able to find a solution online and so I worked with Andy at Microsoft Support and we finally found the solution.

    In the end we went to the Activities section and created a new email record.
    If your default form says "Enhanced Email" like it does here, this is what is causing your problem.

    Once I changed the form to "Email" I was able to do my work as normal.

    I'm not sure why Enhanced Email is causing these problems, but hopefully it will be fixed before too long.  Until then, I hope that this helps someone else who encounters this problem.
